Avv. Andrea Buffolo

Andrea Buffolo, after completing his classical studies, graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
He has been on the professional Register of Lawyers of Rome since 1997 and the Special Register of Lawyers appearing before the Higher Courts since 2010.
He has been working with the Studio Legale Gullotta since May 1999.
He started his profession by mainly turning his interest to copyright, thus following the family tradition in the field of cinema.
Over the years, Lawyer Buffolo has expanded his field of interest to cover all civil and administrative matters, and in particular to private and commercial law, real estate and town planning law, also being involved in proceedings before the Regional Administrative Courts and the Council of State.
Together with Lawyer Fabio Gullotta, he has dealt with some of the most important expropriation issues and, in this matter, he has developed specific competence and appropriate professional experience also from a procedural standpoint.
He has always been attentive to the protection of the citizen before the Public Administration in the exercise of its power of taxation,

Dott. Valerio Angelelli

Dott. Valerio Angelelli graduated in Political Science at the University of Rome, he performs real estate Mediation and consultancy services in the management of real estate companies.
Registered with the Rome Chamber of Commerce in the real estate brokerage business section, he also provides appraisals and valuations of real estate as well as for the sale of production and craft licenses.
In the past he has been an expert consultant on environmental policies for public institutions. (Ministry of the Environment, ISPRA Istituto Superiore di Protezione e Ricerca Ambientale (Higher Institute of Environmental Protection and Research), trade associations, environmental organizations and private individuals. The main thematic areas of activity are:

– promotion of separate waste collection, recycling, recovery and reuse chains;

– promotion and diffusion of the various technologies for the production of energy from renewable sources.

He has been a member of the national register of environmental managers.
He has to his credit the publication of two books, as well as collaborations with several magazines in the sector for the drafting of updating and information articles.

Dott.ssa Priscilla Canarecci

After completing her classical studies, she graduated with honors in Law from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.

She has been on the Register of Trainee Lawyers of Rome since May 2019.

She completed her internship pursuant to art. 73 d.l. 69/2013 at the Court of Rome – Bankruptcy Section – in the period from May 2018 to November 2019, assisting the magistrate in drafting measures and attending the weekly hearings. At the same time, she spent a six-month period of practice at the State Attorney’s Office collaborating with the State Lawyer in the drafting of deeds, such as appeals to Tar (Regional Administrative Court), defense briefs, and counter appeals to the Supreme Court.

Doc. Canarecci has specialised in the commercial sector, focusing on commercial and bankruptcy law. She is currently enrolled in the third year of a doctorate course in bankruptcy law at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
